I received an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?
Although we will do our best to ensure a quality product and experience for you, we understand that accidents can happen at any stage of the ordering, production, and shipping process.
If you have received an incorrect item, or if your item was damaged in shipping, please provide clear pictures and descriptions of the incorrect or damaged item. In case of damage, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Please send photo verification of incorrect/damaged prints to sales@faberoptics.com.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
If your order was placed in the last few minutes, please contact us immediately. There's a chance that we may be able to make changes to your order depending on whether the order has been submitted for printing.
Please note that in general there are no returns or exchanges on fine art prints. These prints are made to order.
